Mildred Washington

God has given us a life span of 70 and 80 years if we are strong. May you celebrate a life well lived and loved by many. Psalms 90:10

It was my joy to have served many years with Mrs. Washington in the Lutheran Women's Missionary League. She was a special child of God. My life was blessed by knowing and working with her.

As a child Mrs. Mildred and Mr. Ray lived across the street from us on Terrace Street before the interstate came through. She was always so sweet. I got to see her after I got grow when I would take my aunt Naomi Lang to her house to get her hair washed on Spain Street. All the old neighborhood is back together again. Our thoughts and prayer are with the family.
We will always have good memories.
