with deepest sympathy and prayer for the Family
Richard Bunbury
March 25, 2018
I did not know Edmund, but am distantly related and have met his parents and sisters. Please accept my deepest condolences on his loss.

I knew Edmund from his time at Magdalen and it was always a pleasure talking to him. He was certainly very witty, but what I remember and appreciated most about him was his interest in other people. He always took the time to ask me questions, and seemed to have a maturity that his peers were still developing. He was a very talented musician who clearly took pride and gained a lot of pleasure from music-making . I pray for his family at this devastating time. The earth is poorer for no longer having Edmund in it.

I met Edmund's through a music forum eleven years ago. Although Ed and I seldom met in person, I always read his posts, which were full of his intelligence, good humour and selfless commitment to helping others. My heart goes out to Edmund's family and friends.

Ed taught Latin both my daughter Eva and son Robert at Pimlico Academy. They both talk about him with great fondness and high regard. We are saddened by the loss of such a young and talented son.

Edmund was such a true gentleman. He was one of my boys when I worked with the choir. I have such happy memories of him and am so sad at his far too early loss. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and my happy smiles are with Edmund.

A very fine musician who I had the pleasure both of singing with and depping for in Oxford. A very sad loss, loved by all.
