Millard James Watkins

Gordon and I are so sorry for your loss. We are so honored to have known Millard and have always thought of him as "The Mayor of Byrd Park Court". He was a man of integrity and honesty, and was respected by everyone who knew him. He was so proud of all of his children and loved to talk about the accomplishments of all of you. He also had a great sense of humor and loved to "prank" us every now and then as we passed the house. We will miss him.
