Millie HORN Obituary
On April 17, 2018, Millie passed away peacefully at the age of 81.
She will be forever in the hearts of her loving husband, Keith and daughter, Patty, treasured family and dear friends. Millie will be missed by all who knew her. She is asleep in the arms of her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Millie was predeceased by her parents, Theodore and Jenny Kowalchuk.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 on Friday, April 27, 2018, at Devonshire Care Centre – Henley Hall, 1808 Rabbit Hill Rd NW, Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lung Association, AB & NWT P.O. Box 4500 Station South, Edmonton, AB, T6E 6K2 and /or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta, Suite 144, 5241 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, AB T6H 5G8.

Dear Patty,
Heartfelt condolences to you and your father on the loss of your mother. Once the family circle is broken all you have are fond memories. Take solace in knowing Mom did not suffer long and is now free of suffering and pain. You now have a guardian angel looking after you and Dad.
