Dr. Milton Israel HOUPT

My sincere condolences, from here in Vancouver,BC, to the entire, extended Houpt family, friends and colleagues alike.
I always liked Milt & Barbara & their young family, some of whom, as youngsters, jokingly called me "broccoli".
I vividly remember sharing one evening with them both, at the Village Vanguard in lower Manhattan, introducing them both to jazz legend Dexter Gordon.
Both he and Barb were always interested in the arts.

Dear Mrs. Houpt and family, I was saddened to hear of Dr. Houpt's passing. He was a wonderful boss who always led by example. I greatly respected and admired him; I hope he knew that. I especially loved how often and lovingly he spoke of his family, the pride just beamed from his eyes. I hope your sadness will be quickly eclipsed by happy memories of such a great man. I worked in Dr. Houpts department of Pediatric Dentistry in Newark N.J. for 25 years !! My memories are too many to mention. The Respect that I will always hold for Dr. Houpt is deep ! He was a strong leader , but also a respected friend . Rest easy In Eternal Life Dr. Houpt.
