I miss you very much, Mindy.

To Mindy's parents and siblings: know that someone else who knew her was deeply moved and changed by her very existence, by all that she was, and all that she brought to the world. I think of her almost every day. Her early death is a tragedy on so many levels. I wish you all peace.

I was just thinking about friends from my childhood, and came upon this notice. I am so sad to learn of this news. At McCall Elementary, Mindy, three other girls, and I palled around together. She towered over most of us, and always seemed the most mature. She was the first of us to wear mascara, I think. I remember sleepovers at her parents' fabulous apartment, dancing around and singing to Donna Summer. My deepest condolences to the family. I hope this little memory brings a smile.

I am in total shock of this sad news about Minday. I worked with Mindy at Klehr, Harrison. She had to be one of the nicest individuals you could ever encounter. She was funny and smart. She had a style of her own and I just loved always working with her and talking to her. She always had time help you or give you guidance. My thoughts and prayers to her family at this difficult time. RIP Mindy I know you are litigating up in heaven.

Mindy was one of my law school professors. Although I only knew her for a short time, Mindy's passing saddens me. She was a unique and engaging professor whose passion for teaching was apparent. I will remember her every time I hear Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven or Marvin Gaye's Got to Give It Up. May she rest in peace.
