I knew Mindy as a server at the Olympic Restaurant in Bradenton. I adored her - she was the kindest, sweetest person I ever knew. She made my day when ever I ate there and when she was terminated, I never went back as much as I use to. I missed her presence at the restaurant. I knew her to be a loving mother, wife and friend. I still am in shock that she left this Earth but I know she is an angel watching over us all. Rest in sweet peace, dearest Mindy. You are one person I will never forget.
