Misty Meninno Obituary
She was a graduate of Southeastern Regional, class of 2002 and Bridgewater State University, class of 2011 where she majored in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology and minored in Special Education. She also worked at area Day Care Centers.
Misty was a cheerleader and avid Pittsburgh Steelers football fan. She enjoyed the beach, baking, and helping her family and friends.
Surviving in addition to her parents, one brother: Brandon E. Meninno of Assonet, grandfathers; Edward Vickery of Assonet and Rocco Meninno of Clinton, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She was granddaughter of the late Nancy and Dennis McGee and Lynne Carter.
Her Funeral will be held Thursday, August 18, 2011 at 10:00AM from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE at CHERRY PLACE 178 Winter Street Fall River followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00AM In St. Joseph's Church 1335 North Main Street Fall River. Visiting hours Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00PM. Burial private.

There are no words that Chris and I can say that will tell you how truly sorry we are to hear of this horrible news. We remember Misty as a little girl .. growing up in her teens. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I spent my childhood years in school with Misty in Norton, and was saddened to hear that her life had been cut so short. Twenty-seven years is nowhere near enough time, but I trust that Misty's life had impact each and every year that she was with you. Best wishes as you work through this difficult time.

Scott and Lisa-
There is nothing fair or right about any of this, and nothing I can say that will make it okay-much as I wish I could. There is so much suffering and loss given these times we are in, but you got to believe its because of times and not because of you that this is happening. I know that's true, because I know you. Your intelligence, your humor, your attitude and your had work are just the few reasons that I also know you will get though this-and you know I'm hoping tat happens sooner rather than later. So please, when you're ready, take heart, take care and trst that everything really will turn out okay.
Misty has a special place in my heart and in my boys heart as well...She knew them before they were born-and was the first to care for them before anyone!!! She spent many hours at the house, and even came to Disney with us and we all had a good time...I will remember those times and cherrish them forever!!! her life was cut way to short!!!
