John and family,
I just heard that Mits died on October 10. I was so sorry to hear this and immediately remembered my times with both of you when I picked strawberries, raspberries, cucumbers, blackberries, and beans. Hard work! However, you made the work tolerable. I think back on Mits's wonderful smile, her warm greetings and her interest in all that I and my family did.
I want to express my condolences and to tell you she is remembered and thought well of.
