I only knew Mona from playing an occasional afternoon of bridge with her. What a lively spirit--whether talking about her family, her trips and cruises--Mona was always positive, interested, and ready for a new adventure. Whenever I play bridge now someone will say, "This is what Mona would do".

Dear, dear Mona will be missed by so many, in different ways and for different reasons, but mainly because of the wonderful person she was. I first knew Mona through bridge playing - we played together in a foursome that spanned over 20 years - sometimes in AZ and more often on Cape Cod. We had some uproarious times, ate wonderful food, and played lots and lots of bridge. Mona accompanied me and other friends on a cruise for my 80th birthday; she attended both my 60th and 65th high school reunions from Amherst HS as my guest. I will forever miss you, dear, dear Mona.
