I only found out about Aunt Mona's passing today Feb.10th. It truly made me sad to think that an era of the nine McIntyre girls is over. Anyone who lived in Petrolia, ON knew of the McIntyre's and all the girls, Grandma lived on Robert Street. To all my cousins, my deepest sympathies for your loss. I understand those feelings well as I am now a widow having lost my sweetheart of 47 years....but the memories keep me going. Your Mom was a sweet lady who I remember well. Yes, she out lived them all and you all were very blessed to have had your Mom for so long. May God bless each one of you. Hold onto your memories of your Mom and all of our Aunts and can you imagine the reunion that they had? They will always be in my heart. Be well and Gene and I send our love.

I worked with Mona Miller at Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation beginning in the spring of 1993. Mona was always a kind and loving person to all of the staff; we got to know her and she taught us a lot about life. She was an angel in my life.
