I want to say that Monica was a sweet women who I came to love her, and her twins daughter. I consider her family I will deeply miss her. May u rest in peace my friend.

Yesterday we brought you one step closer to being with Nana and Pop. Your presence was felt...the heart and love you brought to many. We had "Cookie and Crème" cake in your honor. Love and Miss you much Mom.

Today is one of those days that are bitter sweet...Sabrina and I will get to bring you home but only until we are able to make the trip to California to lay you to rest right next to Nana and Pop. I have so many great high school memories of Mama Operchuck! She was mama bear to the twins and I and always supported us playing our 3 sports. When she moved to Texas she would still send me care packages and treated me like her own daughter. I love you Kris & Brina and know that Mom is at peace now and watching over you!!

Words can't start to describe how this makes me feel. Monica was a part of my family and I was a part of hers. This family means so much to me from generation to generation, I love you. We're so sorry for you and Kristinas loss. Your mother was such a sweet caring and nice person that we had the pleasure of meeting while working for Head Start and the Daycare Center located in the Quest High School. Many prayers and blessings to y'all and your extended family and don't hesitate to call us if y'all just want to talk.

Ms. Monica as I called her was like a second mom while we were in the Philippines, yall lived down below in the culdasack, first time I ever ate cheese and fries,....and that soup which I don't remember the name......monudo??....I never could pronounce it correctly.....but I'm sure you girls remember.......I didn't ever pronounce the cheese fries correctly either and asked her to make me some chi chis and fries one day.....and all of you started laughing.....needless to say that wasn't the correct spanish......your mom quickly told me what I was saying.....and made me them anyway.....and the soup.....you girls were some of my best friends growing up there and I will always remember and cherish those days and always keep your mom in my heart......yall have never been far from my heart since we left there........you were family to me.......and you still are.....

Loving you yesterday, today and always...my heart aches but know you are with Nana and Pop watching over all of us. LOVE YOU MOM.

I mostly remember how much Monica loved her family. She always had stories to tell me about her grandkids. I enjoyed visiting with her on bowling nights. And working with Her at Lakeland. She was a sweet lady. Sad for her passing.
