I am so sorry to hear of Morgan's passing. I just found out this morning. He was a true gentleman, and I know he will be very much missed. My condolences to all the family.

Jane, So very sorry for your loss. I cannot imagine losing one's companion of 55 years, may our Lord, Jesus Christ, give you strength during your time of grief.

Please accept my sincere condolences on Mr Talbot's passing. i served with him on the State Board and always enjoyed talking with him. He was a genuine person and he will be sorely missed. God bless your family in this time of loss.

I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Talbot's passing. I had the privilege of working for him for several years. He was a wonderful man. My heart goes out to Mrs. Talbot, Mark, and the entire Talbot family. He will be missed.

Our hearts are saddened by the news of our friend. I had the distinct privilege of working with Morgan for many years. Our friendship developed as we worked to further the rights of people with disabilities across Texas. He was a true advocate for Texans with disabilities. He showed this through his thoughts, words and deeds. Heaven has gained a most worthy soul. Farewell my friend – we will meet on the other side

We have been receiving messages today from our colleagues around the State that Mr. Talbot's ten years of service on the Texas State Independent Living Council were exemplary. As VAIL Board President, he continued his steadfast commitment to equal access for people with disabilities. We will miss his leadership and his friendship.

It was an honor to know Morgan Talbot. He was always a gentleman and was a positive addition to the legal profession. His son, Mark, is a credit to him in every way. I shall miss Mr. Talbot.

From the Oton Guerrero Family of Mission, Texas. MY Father and Mother Oton Guerrero and Emma Guerrero are out of town attending their Grandsons graduation from UT Medical School. I spoke to my father this AM. and I sensed from his speaking a sense of loss. Mr Talbot was very respected by my Grandfather, my father, and the Guerrero Family for over 45 years. A true friend that lived by a code of honest and integrity. A moral compass of vales that were beyond reproach. God makes these men, then quicly breaks the mold. My Dad has lost a Friend.

Mr. Talbot was a gentaleman, honorable and caring. He leaves behind a great legacy. Our deepest condolences to the family.

My most hearfelt condolances to Jane, Mark and the rest of the Talbot family. I have lost a dear friend and collegue and will miss him very much. McAllen has lost a valuable and long time contributer to the development and progress of our city and the legal profession has lost a most honorable and competant collegue.
