Morris Cooper Foote

I worked with "Moose" at BuPers and was his neighbor in Virginia Beach as he served on STUMP, PETERSON, and TICONDEROGA. We have lost a treasured friend and shipmate.

I have worked with Morris over the past several years and will always remember our wonderful relationship.Please know that we at SunTrust Bank extend our sympathy to you Cheryl, Todd and Jamie. We are here for you and will keep you all in our prayers.

CAPT Foote was a great Comptroller at NAVSEA. I'm shocked and saddened to learn of his passing. He's remembered fondly, and his passing will be mourned.

Moose was a great Commanding Officer on USS PETERSON. We all lost a wonderful shipmate. His memory lives in the Fleet. TK
