Morton was a brave communication pioneer. His works included communication devices for the deaf.

I've always been a fan of his ideas. I even helped him advance his face-to-face concept with new equipment. I just wished he was able to try the wireless version.

He is missed by everyone in our deaf center. Our technology lab will be named after him and we will have academic tournaments in his name.

Dear friends and relatives of my father,

Dad died at home in Danbury, evidently quite peacefully.

I'd be glad to hear from you about my father - please contact me if you'd like to share a story, or just to talk.

There will not be any public service.
