Moses Ishmeal Travis Variste was born on August 22nd, 2000 to Edwayne & Hope Variste….He was the 9th child out of 10 kids….He grow up in a large loving family with 4 brothers, and 5 sisters….

Moses grow up in the heart of San Francisco, and attended the San Francisco unified school district…..He later in life move to the Bayview district with his parents, and siblings….And, joined the Bayview Community Housing Partnership, and work 1 year as a custodian with his niece Charm Fulgham….

At a early age, Moses accepted Jesus Christ as he saviour at Bayview Missionary Baptist Church in San Francisco, California under the leadership of Rev. Milton Williams….

In his free time he loved to travel with his oldest sister Christy, and nephews Lazarus, Zion, and Zechariah….He was her traveling partner going to Reno, Las Vegas, Disneyland, and San Diego to visits his cousins Charise Tolls, Shania Ortiz, and kids til he got older, and became a father….Moses also like going to his Sister's Quantisha's house, and Curtisha's house to have fun, eat, spend the night, and listen to music…..

After being blessed with 23 years on earth, Moses Ishmeal Travis Variste was called home to be with his Heavenly Father on April 29th, 2024….He leave behind his son Ja'Lani Variste….His parents: Edwayne & Hope Variste….The mother of his son: Janiya Butler.…4 brothers: Joseph Kelly, Aries Variste, William Duckworth, and Kenneth Variste….5 sisters: Christy Davis, Quantisha Harris, Chellie Thomas, Curtisha Thomas, and Snow Variste….4 aunts: Sayidra Reynolds, Kylie Norman, Rita & Juanita McPeters….8 Uncles: Andre Hawkins, Darrell Hawkins, Leon Variste Jr., Mike Norman, Marlon Variste, Everett Johnson, Robert Warren, and Otis McPeters….Godparents: Rachelle Drew & Travis Moananu….23 nieces, and nephews….1 unborn great-nephew: Na'zeir Smith-Davis….And, a host of cousins, God sisters, God brothers, and friends who genuinely loved him….

Moses was preceded in death by his brother: Joshua Duckworth, and Niece: Asasha Harris….He also joins his Grandparents: M.C. & Dorothy Davis, Leon Variste Sr., and Marline Wilson….His Uncle: David Hawkins, and Aunts: Kimberly Robinson, and Mattie Tolls….
