Mr. John C. Law, Jr. of 360 New Street, Roberta, Georgia died Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at his residence.
The funeral service will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Cerease Independent Church in Musella, Georgia. The burial will follow at the Forest Chapel Church Cemetery in Pinehurst, Georgia. Everyone in attendance is asked to please wear a mask and to practice social distancing.
Today on this 12th day of April, we recognize what is the ending of life, but celebrate the beginning of a promised everlasting life.
John C. Law was born October 1, 1935 in Pinehurst, Georgia to the late parents, J. C. Law and Ella Jackson Law.
Mr. Law relocated to Miami, Florida at the age of 17, got a job servicing car at Hertz Rent-a-car. He later moved up to driving a car carrier for 42 years. It was during this time frame that he met and married Miss Rosetta Taylor.
Mr. Law was an amazing man, a wonderful husband, “The Greatest Dad” and the best grandfather, a splendiferous family man.
On Tuesday, April 12, 2022, Mr. John C. Law, Jr. departed from us by responding to God’s call to come home. He now joins those who preceded him in death: his wife, Rosetta Taylor Law; his brothers: David “Doc” Law, Obbie B. Law, James Law, Richard “Pete” Law, Leon Law, Chester Law; his sisters, Carolyn Law Ferguson, Velvarie Law, and Baby Law.
He leaves to cherish his life and legacy: two daughters: Nadine Law and Denelle M. Law (Mark); two grandchildren: Travis A. Law and Jasmine A. Bell; three great grands: Kamaria, Travis Jr., and Kamero Law; his siblings: Doretha Law Thompson and Fred Law , Sr. (Mary; a loving niece, Gloria M. Heard; several foster children and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
