On Wednesday, February 20, 2019 the Lord called his precious angel, Wilma Ida Rubell home to be with him at the blessed age of ninety eight years old. The Celebration of her Life will be on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, 11:00 AM. Community Missionary Baptist Church, 1125 E. Jessamine St. Visitation: Tuesday from 12 to 8PM with the family present from 7 to 8 PM Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors. Burial: Cedar Hill Memorial Park.

Those left to love, honor and cherish her precious memory are daughters, Marcella Rubell and Barbara Rubell Harris; sisters, Annie Mae Gentry, Rose Gaffney and Lorene Murphy; 21 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and numerous of great-great grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces other relatives and friends.

My Granny was a amazing lady , she loved her family an told it like it was so many of times I would go by to see her I be done thought I'd lost weight in she would say ooohhhhh boy you done got big in we both laugh . A Queen has gained her wings it's a hard pill to swallow right now.
