May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. A kind soul who touched the hearts of everyone he came in contact with.

I was lucky to know Carol and Murray Berger. I will always remember their kindness. They both did so much good. Kew Gardens will not be the same without them. They will be missed.

Murray Berger and Carol Berger have been two cornerstones of Kew Gardens NY through the latter half of the last century and into the 21st century. Their stewardship of community land use and conservation are legendary. They were mentors, teachers and volunteers for decades in Kew Gardens and Shelter Island. I was lucky to grow up on the same block 82nd road with them they were like parents to me. May they Rest In Peace
