BISHOP (Murray John):
Much loved son of Joan and Ernie (dec), brother of Glen and Jude, Gail and David, father to Misty and Tristan. Passed away 16.6.2014 aged 59 years after a long illness. Murray fought a brave battle to stay with us all.

Much loved brother and uncle of Glen and Jude, Carine, Glen, Ella and Jaxon, Justin and Sam and Adria.
Fond memories, always remembered.

Much loved brother of Gail and David, uncle to Luke and Kerin, Damon and Rachael and Cameron.

Rest in peace. You were taken from us too soon. You will be in our hearts forever. We know you will be watching over us from Heaven and be a guardian angel for your soon to be grandchild. Love your daughter Misty, son-in-law Tristan, Moore and Tordeich family.

In memory of my partner and dear friend Murray Bishop, my dear dear friend, full of sunshine, ocean breezes and laughter. You have touched the lives of many people in countless ways. As a friend, colleague, teacher, guitarist, boat- builder, you have given us many insights and gifts.

Murray you touched the lives of so many we are all richer for having you in our lives. Thank you for your friendship, honesty and for your insatiable camaraderie. My heart goes out to Joan and all the family, to Misty and Tristan and Maria at this time. Murray may you rest easy knowing you had a life well lived and were much loved.

Thank you for the Minties, the ensembles, the master-classes, the tours and camps; for the music, and all that you are, we will always be grateful.
You had the most amazing energy and enthusiasm. Though it's no longer here with us in person, it will never be forgotten by those whose lives you changed.
May you rest in peace- we hope that your spirit is sailing, or playing the ukulele, in a happier place.
