To the Josey family. I am so sorry to say that I just found out yesterday of Murray's passing and missed the opportunity to meet and extend my sincere condolences to his family. I was married to the late Murray Wallace Josey, son of Earle Josey (Murray's brother) for thirty years. Although I only met "uncle" Murray a few times during those years, I've known him to be a true gentleman, a man with a big smile and wonderful sense of humor. My sincere condolences to your family. May he rest in peace.

The Josey Family,
One so special can be taken from your life but never from your heart.

We will miss his contagious smile and our little visits in the hall. Mr. Josey has he was fondly called by us. A man who wears a shirt and tie every day, even after he retired...should be called MR.!
Our deepest condolences to all the family.

Dear family. Sending my sincere condolences. Worked with Murray at MT&T. Always enjoyed your dads smile and story telling at work and when I would meet him at Sobeys or Timmie's after his retirement.

Dear Family,
Murray was a long time customer of Sobeys Clayton Park. He would come in everyday with a smile on his face and a big belly laugh. I've knew him for over 20 years and he was like a grandfather to me. I will miss him very much. He touched so many lives and I feel very lucky to have had the extreme pleasure of knowing him. My thoughts are with you all at this time.

Murray, in true Maritime style, had a smile and a story for everyone. I know he enjoyed his retirement routine from his daily Timmie's visits, to the fresh meal counter at Sobeys. He loved to socialize. He was always kind and welcoming to my Family, and hosted us all (Mom, Dad, Hubby, daughter and dog) during my Dads last visit down home to Cape Breton, many years ago. It was always a treat to watch him win at cards...lol. God Bless Murray, as you start your next journey.

Patti,
Sending heartfelt sympathy to you, your sisters, cousin Judy and families. Murray lived a good long live and best of all, he had quality of life right to his passing. I worked with Murray at MT&T and saw him many times shopping at Sobey's.over our retirement years. He always greeted us with a smile and a pleasant chat.Murray knew all the folks that worked at Sobey's and they will certainly miss his daily shopping trips, conversations, jokes and laughter. Murray knew so many people while shopping at the store, stopping to chat with all his friends made it quite an "outing" for Murray. I will miss seeing him at Sobey's as will many other folks. God Bless and RIP Murray!

Muarry will be missed terribly here at Mapleridge. I would have daily conversations with him over the past thirteen years. He was an inspiration and a man among men. Rest in peace my friend and I'll chat you up when I get to the other side.

To the Family of the Late Murray Josey:

I am so sorry to read, on line, the passing of your Father, Murray. Murray and my family go way back. He worked with my Father, Willard Hubley, in fact they started working at MTT on the same day, and then Murray and I worked together for many years in the Engineering Dept. And then finally, Murray and I were neighbours living at 15 Knightsridge Dr. before I moved to Prince George in 1994, where my husband is in the Physics Dept at UNBC.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all and may you always keep your beautiful memories of him close.
