We are all grieving the loss of a wonderfully caring, thoughtful and intelligent woman. Mylene, Russell and Ben really looked after us when we visited Brisbane a few times, some years ago. It was lovely to have the opportunity to get to know my beautiful cousin and her new family a little better. My daughter and I still treasure those memories. Please accept our belated sympathies. I can not believe that this happened to such a lovely woman. I only met Mylene on a professional level and found her to be most helpful in me procuring my first home loan and always gave me a warm smile when I was out shopping at Indooroopilly...Louise

I would like to add few more words about my friend Mylene.
I have met you more than 10 years ago and during these years you have always been present in the most important moments of my life.
You have been the strong and beautiful "voice" for my 25th birthday and my wedding. You have teached me how to dance a "Sega Maurice" and how to do a "French manucure"! You were so talented, you had the music and the Sega dance in you.
Sadly "une Vague Bleue" took you away but each time I will hear "Bleu Bleu l'amour est Bleu" I will remember you.
Please keep singing and dancing for us from where you are...we will hear it in our heart.

Russell and family, our heartfelt prayers and thoughts are with you all at this time of your deep loss. We will always remember Mylene as a warm and gentle lady with a ready smile.

During my time at Redbank Plaza Mylene's face was a friendly one I searched for while completing my rounds of the shopping centre. I have sought advice from Mylene in the years since and would have continued to do so. I am sadened by the news of her passing. She was a lovely and kind lady, I wish I could meet more people like her. My deepest sympathy to her family and to her colleagues.

In memory of Mylène, our faithful friend, always there for us. We miss you terribly. With you we have shared years of laughter, singing, playing pétanque and numerous outings, always very happy to be with Russell and you.

I really loved when you sang, with your powerful voice, Mauritian and French songs with Roselyne on the guitar.

I will treasure our friendship which is sincere and everlasting.

I remember Mylène as a great entertainer. She brought a lot of joy to the Mauritian community in Melbourne with her séga dancing and singing while performing with Les Cocotiers in restaurants and clubs. She was also part of a duo, “Les Amuse-Gueules”, singing French songs with Roselyne on the guitar. She was our “chanteuse de charme” who made our get-togethers with its soirées of singalongs, memories to treasure from now on.

J'espère que tu charmeras tout le monde avec « Vanne ça Maille là » peu importe où tu es Mylène.

We only met Mylene on 3 separate occasions on a professional basis and immediantly felt comfort in dealing with her she came accross so friendly, honest & family orientated. I was sorry to read my email today from Mortgage Choice. Mylene was fantastic in helping my husband and self obtain a home loan in late 2009. She always had a smile on her face and was so caring. Our thoughts are with Mylene's family and friends at this time.

A wonderful friend and colleague passed away on the weekend. And has left a gaping hole in the lives of all who knew her. Her beautiful smile and company, and her constant encouragement to all will be sadly missed.
