To Myrna's family,
Myrna studied with me at the Museum School for many years. She was a wonderful student. Generous in her comments on fellow students' work, Myrna was always modest about her own accomplishments. I often felt that Myrna should have been teaching my class; she was such an excellent watercolorist. Her still-life paintings were little jewels. She was a terrific colorist and had a great love of nature and paint. She was a joy to teach.
I'll miss seeing Myrna at the Museum School's Medici evening at the December Sale. She had a fabulous smile, twinkling eyes, and a very generous spirit. She was a great lady.
I'm so very sorry for your loss. I know she adored her children, and grandchildren.
With deepest sympathy,
Heidi Whitman

I am happy to have known Myrna for many years, and so very sad at her passing. As tenants in two shared buildings over the year, I never walked don orchard hallway without looking to see if Myrns was there. Often I just called through the door, oftener still I knocked and always, always got a warm and gracious reception. She was a talented and disciplined artist, a loving and attentive mother and grandmother, and a kind and supportive friend, who greeted life with intelligence, humor and humility. I will greatly miss her.

Myrna possessed beauty on the inside and out. I will miss her perfect Boston accent that Jennafa secretly wished she had. Hugs to you Jenn, Gordon, Charles and Ted and all who Myrna held close. I know you are broken hearted and I am so very sorry for this huge loss. She will be greatly missed. Love, Sue & Larry
