Mr. Wilcox was my 5th and 6th grade teacher at Pleasant View School. He taught me to juggle (and many of my schoolmates) in order to help me improve my reading. When I was at Monache we would see each other at the Veteran's Day Parade and he would always stop and talk. My condolences to his family. Mr. Wilcox was a GREAT person.

I haven't seen Myron since 1989 but we used to go to church together and I remember him as very kind. He used to show up to youth-related activities and teach juggling. I also remember that he was a pretty good tennis player. He will be sorely missed...

Lord Jesus, give faith and confidence to all of us so we want to reach out to our friends & pray that pain will disappear & sickness will be healed; fill our prayers with the faith that gives renewed life and comfort. In Jesus name, our Lord, our healer, our friend and redeemer. Amen

Peace be always with you.

I was one of Myron's many swimming students. I will never forget his kindness and patience. My prayers go out to the family.

I will fondly remember Myron as not only a neighbor growing up on Belleview Str.but a wonderful teacher in helping me with swim classes. He was patient, caring, willing and always spoke directly to you. He was a wonderful man and his family was and is indeed wonderful too.

My deepest condolences to his family, Nancy Daley Zehm

Myron taught me to swim... probably in 1961 or '62. He was firm but kind and always remembered me as long as I lived in Porterville. My thoughts are with Miriam and his family. Take comfort in knowing he touched many, MANY lives and will live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to have known him.

I will always remember taking my walks and Myron would be out in his garage doing his exercises with Edward and he would always say here comes our reader because I was always reading a book when I walked. Myron was never too busy to speak to someone. We will miss you tremendously Myron you and Miriam were great neighbors. Our condolences Miriam if you ever need us give us a call.
