I Personally don't know Nabeel. But I attended the RZIM Q&A in 2013 in NJ. Nabeel was there in that session. That's how i came to know about him. His announcement about cancer has shocked us. Since then we never stopped praying for Nabeel, you, Ayah and Nabeel's parents. When i heard that Nabeel went to be with Lord... it might sound little crazy but i prayed for his resurrection... till i got peace in my heart. It is the decision that God has made for Nabeel. I have to obey and trust Him. I have no brothers... but felt like loosing my own brother. Still continuing to pray for you, Ayah & his parents in my daily prayers. It is amazing and so very encouraging to watch your vlogs. Michelle, may God give you more peace, rest and healing in the days to come and help to raise Ayah for His glory. I am willing to help in your ministry in which ever possible way i can.. if you need. For now i decided to pray for you all. Love you!

We only found out about Nabeel in August after reading his first book, but everything we have found on the internet - his Vlogs, his skits and chats with David, his teachings - has blessed us. Nabeel's life is like beautiful paper wrapping together the great Christian apologists of our time, and all the resources pointing to the Truth. If you google Nabeel's name you will start a wonderful journey to eternal life. The scriptures say the timid and unbelieving will not enter heaven. Anyone who hears of Nabeel's life cannot help but be motivated to get real. Thanks for your vlog, Michelle and warmest blessings to you and Ayah. We love Nabeel's family and enjoyed his father's precious appearance in one vlog. Thank you for live-streaming the funeral. Please know that the example of Nabeel's life is changing us.

Dear Michelle,

I am sorry for your loss.

As Nabeel requested in his impromptu blog, I pray for Ayah, for her to remember Nabeel and his love, as I am sure you will see to it she will do.

Being a young husband and dad, he opted for the most aggressive treatment rather than opt to live with the imperfect but successful early treatment that cleared up all but two spots.

Glad, though, he got to have his Indonesia trip with Ravi, doing what he loved, when he had quality of life, balancing enjoyable contemplative time alone with enjoyable engagement time with family, friends, and audiences.

In His Mercy, God has spared his continuing to live without a stomach, as he did during his surgery rehab, which blessedly included those days back home despite a hurricane, an example of God's having more say than Nature.

Now, he is healed, fully healed, including stomach restored and enjoying food again, as Christ himself did post-Resurrection, and doing his work (helping others, here and there) and loving you, his bride, and Ayah, his daughter, in Heaven as he did on Earth.

Such beliefs, "the Resurrection of the body and life everlasting," are beliefs we share.

When you feel up to it, for possible consoling insights, I recommend the short essays of veteran doctor and trainer of doctors, Rachel Naomi Remen, MD, "My Grandfather's Blessings."

Plus, her work at a retreat center Commonweal Retreat Center in Bolinas, CA, may be a place you might like to visit in Nabeel's stead, perhaps eventually as part of your own healing, a place I had hoped Nabeel would visit when he was speaking near there.

For my part, I hope to learn from Nabeel's reunion with his family of origin last Thanksgiving (2016), his treatment decisions, and his love of you and Ayah, his top concern, as his friend, David, mentioned (himself undoubtedly also in a state of much grief), Nabeel purely motivated by love, the "lens of love," as Nabeel emphasized.

In addition, as a Lay LaSalette seeking to make Mary's message known, that is, for us to listen to her Son, the Good Shepherd, the Christ, the same message Nabeel devoted a decade of his life and his passing to, I hope to use Nabeel's faith-conversion autobiography/study guide/DVD series to moderate adult formation courses with grandparents and parents who have adult children or grandchildren who bring home Muslim classmates, co-workers, and friends/fiance(e)s and who want to learn which elements of the Christian faith would best resonate with them.

I had a difficult week in school after hearing Nabeel's pass, then I realized I lost a significant other... even know I never knew him in person. I love you Nabeel. I admire you. I thank you tremendously for inspiring me to embark on apologetic. Words cannot explain the whole in my heart. I will see you in Heaven.

Michelle and ayah, our hearts break along with yours in the passing of our dear brother. But like you, we also rejoice that we will see him again one day. I'm so, so very sorry to learn Nabeel has gone home. I am happy for him, but sad for us all. What an incredible, articulate, brave man. I watched his videos and learned a lot from them. Well done, Nabeel. Bless you, Michelle, and all those who respected this man.

I sat and cried when I heard the news ... he has had a tremendous effect on my life after reading his book and watching his vlogs. I really admire his heart and his spirit. I pray for strength and comfort to his wife and family. I know that he is in heaven now and that we have the hope to see our loved ones again if we put our faith and trust in Christ.

As all who knew Nabeel either personally or through his videos and books, I feel tremendous sadness at the passing of such a great soul. Nabeel's life is a blessing to many. He is a man of heart and his love for his family is tremendous. His preachings and stories will resonate for many years to come. I didn't know Nabeel personally, but have been so incredibly inspired by his life, death and ministry. He accomplished more in his 34 yrs, than many people do in their whole lifetimes. His love for Jesus, fervor to share the gospel to the nations, was clearly evident for everyone to see. I know God will make his legacy shine brightly in this generation and generations to come. Nabeel was a bright and shining light who will continue to shine long after his earthly life. I have no doubt he is in the presence of Jesus fully healed and full of joy. I have not meet Nabeel personally, except on youtube. I have been a Christian all of my existence, but at some point in my life a questioned my faith. I wanted to find the truth, but Nabeel did the work for me. Now, I don't need to do some research because I know for sure I am in the right faith. And, I am thankful to him for that. I will continue to watch his videos and read his books to restore the faith I almost lost. He was such a huge inspiration and great role model in the christian community. His passing, has saddened me deeply for I believe he is a huge testimony to many both believers and unbelievers. I beg our almighty God to heal him, but it was His will that prevailed. Nabeel is one of God's chosen people. He was indeed a true disciple of Jesus Christ.

It's not how long one lives, but how one's life impacts other people that counts. Although his life on earth is brief, and we grieve for it, Nabeel touched countless people. "Strangers" like me would send in tributes from all over the world is a clear testimony on how impactful Nabeel's life has been and how faithful a servant he has been to the Lord.

We pray that Mr. and Mrs. Qureshi and Baji and your relatives will come to know the Truth as Nabeel did 12 years ago. So that today's separation from your beloved Nabeel would prove to be all but temporary, when you spend the infinite eternity in the Lord's house together. Why was Nabeel so loved? Let me tell you. Because in Nabeel you saw Jesus. I found out about your husband recently through my son who read his book about finding Jesus. I wanted you to know how touched my wife and I were from watching his video logs. I was particularly moved by his last one where although his outward body was wracked with weakeness, he was standing tall and strong in Christ and an example to the rest of us. He has now left us in the land of the dying to enter the land of the living although it is unexplainably hard to leave a young wife and daughter behind and to be without a husband and a father. The Lord Jesus undergird you and your little girl in this time of great pain.

First I am praying to Almighty God that his soul rests in peace. He was a very devoted person to Christ. Such a nice guy. Such a humble man. I know him only by watching him on u tube videos. But when I heard he was dead, I feel like someone very closed to me has died. I pray to God to protect his family. I pray to God to be with his family.

I have been greatly challenged and encouraged by Nabeel's book Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus, as well as his online video vlogs. I thank the Father for the Life of Nabeel, even for the life of his wife Michelle, both had challenged me in my ministry ; nabeel with his fearless attitude and clear mind, Michelle with her loving steady personality, so sad his ministry is so short bt happy because his answer to the Lord was on time. I had not heard much about Nabeel's ministry until my Uncle sent me a message telling me that a great Christian is no more. I started looking up his books, clips on you tube and was deeply touched by his message. I wondered "why God would you take this man in the prime of his ministry" and "how can your word propagate and be defended if you take away the ones who are doing this work?. " I think the answer lies in what Nabeel said from his hospital bed. He had rock like faith right till the end. It was clear that Nabeel was ok with whatever the Lord's decision was for his life. Being a medical doctor I am sure he knew every single thing that was going on with his body. Thank you Nabeel for what you have achieved and done in a short span of time. I wonder if your untimely passing away has touch and affected even more people including those of other faiths than it would have otherwise...... Perhaps that is what the good Lord intended. Rest assured that your work, your books and all that you have done will never be forgotten. Rest well in your heavenly abode Nabeel.....

Nabeel Qureshi was a brother I never had, he showed me to love muslims and to love everyone. To strive for wisdom and humility. To always say brother and sister to our family in faith. To always put God first. This is only a short farewell but a painful waiting until we see him again in Heaven. We shall endlessly pray for his loving parents, altruistic sister, beautiful wife, Michelle, and his treasure, Ayah. The Lord shall be glorified!

Although we never knew Nabeel personally, our family has loved Nabeel, wept and prayed for his life, too. At my husband's memorial service last year we gave away 75 of "Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus." With so many thousands praying for him, I can only believe that more people will be saved by his death. Michelle, Ayah, and to Nabeel's father, mother, and sister, you are in my heart and prayers.

Nabeel you were my mentor my Pakistani brother who turned to Christ. I am so proud of the wonderful work you did if reaching out millions of hearts through your preaching. You have left behind a beautiful legacy. You will be missed dearly and you and your family will always be in my prayers. A beautiful soul has gone to Christ. We all love you and miss you.

Dear Nabeel,
Your last vlog summed it up- God's love transcends to us!! You were a real Paul in the shoes of our modern day, with a fire in your soul for God that burned to the end. The Lord told Paul how much he would suffer for His name (Acts 9:16). But He also told Ananias that Paul was a chosen instrument!! Nabeel, you were God's chosen instrument at this time for so many people to learn about Him, especially the young people who need the truth so badly in this dying world. Thank you for impacting my life, a young college student with big dreams, but with a growing desire for God to turn up the flame in my soul for Him. Thank you for being true to the end. I was humbled to tears today when watching your memorial service this afternoon and learning how willing you were to be drawn to repentance over anything that kept you a step from God's heart. May the Lord's purposes be evident in our world, and may many be turned to Christ through your amazing story. I look at your story and yearn for God to use me in big ways.

I never met Nabeel, but his ministry helped me very much when I was a new believer in Christ. After hearing the voice of God I was confused and did not know which way to go. Being from a middle eastern background, there are two options, Christianity and Islam. I gave my life to Jesus but always wondered what the others faiths were like. Nabeel's ministry helped fortify my faith in Christ. His story sunk deep into my heart and I will never forget it. I thank you God for the life of my brother Nabeel. I will see you soon my brother. Through Nabeel's writings we felt we personally knew this devoted man of God. We are deeply sadden that a voice so compassionate and full of wisdom would be silenced so young. The world has lost a strong voice for reason and for drawing hearts toward the "cross"! We are praying for his dear family to remain strong and devoted to His work. Even though the time was short we know he heard the words "Well done my good and faithful servant. Jesus prepares a place for us. A reunion awaits! With much love and prayers!

Rest in peace, brother. I never met you as I live in Ireland, but my heart breaks as I feel like I've lost a close friend. Nevertheless, I know we will meet one day when Christ returns in all his glory.

I never met Nabeel, however, my children went to hear him at Christ Community in Hudson, Ohio. His testimony is amazing and has blessed our family . Even though I didn't personally know him, I felt like I did because of his love for our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I prayed for his healing but the Lord knew best. I cried all Saturday night that he had passed away, but again the Lord knows best. He has left a tremendous legacy and has fought the good fight. "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints." Brother Nabeel was very precious to our Lord. When I heard of his passing this life Saturday, I immediately prayed and still am for his dear wife, Michelle, his little daughter, and his mother, father, and family. Thank you for giving Nabeel for all the years he so faithfully served the Lord!

You shone like a star for Christ; your legacy of love will continue to bring glory to Him & to bless many souls. Rest now brother.

I am deeply saddened by Bro. Nabeel's earthly absence, yet I find great comfort to know that Bro. Nabeel is safe in the presence of our Lord Almighty. Brother Nabeel as a young man, well ahead of his years in intellect and scholastic achievements, and with a definite anointing as an apologist, no doubt touched lives till last Saturday, and now continues to do so through his scripted texts, you tube messages, vlogs, blogs, and indelible etching in memories of many in lands far and wide. Our prayers for grieving daughter and spouse, your mum and dad and sister and extended family and friends, as we continue to uphold them in our daily prayers in partnership with believers the world over in this transient period before our Lord returns to take us all to be forever with Him as writes the hymn writer S. I was in tears when I learned of Dr Nabeel's passing. I asked our Lord why. Then I am reminded how much Dr Nabeel has accomplished, touching so many lives around the world during his time on earth. I first listened to him was on you tube and learned so much through the many videos of his passionate teachings. I came to know about Nabeel only a few days before his passing. In those few days his powerful testimony became a great blessing. Our brother in Christ is home, and we pray for those whom he has left behind, that they will be greatly loved, cherished, and cared for in his absence.

1 For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

Thanking God for Nabeel's life and testimony, and trusting wholeheartedly in His Sovereignty!

I was so blessed when Nabeel was in my church Downey Calvary Chapel. My heart is grieving since I heard that he is with our Lord, is hard that he is not we us here in the earth. He is with our Lord Jesus. My condolence to the beautiful family. Amen

I had the pleasure of growing up with Nabeel in Virginia Beach. I knew Nabeel from Salem Middle, Kemps Landing, and Princess Anne. Nabeel was a brilliant man who was always there to offer a big smile and a bigger hug to his friends and classmates. My deepest sympathies to his wife, daughter, parents, and sister.

I was so touched by Dr. Qureshi's Ministry, and deeply saddened by his loss. He is with the Lord Jesus now, and cheering us on from heaven. God will work this out for good, and do something amazing through his loss. I'm praying for his wife, daughter Ayah, and family. I have faith that Dr. Qureshi's bright light and legacy will live on through his friends, family, and through all that were touched by his life. Great and greater things are yet to come!

I never met Nabeel yet his life and words have encouraged me to seek first, Jesus the truth and savior of the world. I have been encouraged like many other people by his honest and vulnerable communication of his experiences in reflection of God's word. I found myself over the last few months praying for him, and being encouraged as I listened to YouTube messages and his Vlog. I especially appreciate how he communicated his hope in Jesus Christ amidst his wrestling with his personal pain, stomach cancer. I, like many other people was hoping and praying that God would choose to physically heal Nabeel in a dramatic awesome way while he was here on earth. On Monday morning Sept. 19th as I read of his death, my face was drenched with tears while I read articles about Nabeel's life and as I prayed for his family. I Rest in the peace that passes all understanding knowing that God is sovereign and life is ultimately about him and his glory. I pray that many people also experience His peace that passes all understanding through Nabeel's kingdom influence while here on earth, and put their faith in Jesus. I praise God for Nabeel's faithfulness and I have been encouraged by his testimony of Christ's encounter in his life and why he chose to follow Jesus as his Savior. May the Lord bless Nabeel's family with peace and understanding and a stronger faith than ever in Jesus Christ.

Thank you Jesus for sending Nabeel in to this world. Words cannot express the pain his passing away has caused, but we celebrate his short beautiful life on earth that has touched so many souls including mine. Forever grateful for your words of wisdom Nabeel, loved watching you speak and reading your books. May blessings pour down on Michelle, Ayah, the parents and on all of us as we mourn the loss of a great human being.

Through Nabeel's writings we felt we personally knew this devoted man of God. We are deeply sadden that a voice so compassionate and full of wisdom would be silenced so young. The world has lost a strong voice for reason and for drawing hearts toward the "cross"! We are praying for his dear family to remain strong and devoted to His work. Even though the time was short we know he heard the words "Well done my good and faithful servant. Jesus prepares a place for us. A reunion awaits! With much love and prayers!
