Nancy Ahlfeld Obituary
Born on November 27, 1950, in New York, Nancy built a life filled with adventure, love, and cherished memories. She dedicated her career to the airline industry, working for Lufthansa, which allowed her to embrace her passion for travel and explore the world.
Nancy was a sweet, caring, fun-loving, and adventurous woman who found joy in bringing happiness to those around her. She loved her family and friends deeply and created countless treasured moments with them. Whether traveling to new destinations, enjoying a good book, engaging in games and trivia, or cooking meals filled with warmth and love, she embraced life wholeheartedly. Her involvement in the community reflected her generous spirit and desire to make a positive impact.
She is survived by her sons, Greg and Eric; daughter-in-law Jennifer; and many others who were touched by her kindness and love. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Lorraine Rapp.
A memorial service will be held on April 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Legacy Church, located at 3705 Forestbrook Rd., Myrtle Beach, SC 29588.
Nancy lived a full life without regrets-traveling the world, creating joyful family memories, and spreading love wherever she went. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.

Nancy and I met in high school, at TMLA. We became friends waiting for the 36 bus on Hillside Avenue after school. We went to see the Beatles together and both have been fans ever since. Nancy visited us when we lived in NJ in the 1980s and we saw her while we were on a trip to Myrtle Beach after she moved to Murrells Inlet. All these years, we stayed in touch through cards and FB. She was a good lady. My condolences to Eric and Greg and all who loved her.

Dear Greg and Eric, I am so sad to just find out about your Mom. I have so many wonderful memories of working at LH with your mom. She always went out of her way to teach me at my new position way back in 2000 at LH Group dept. We travelled to Italy and Germany , sharing many laughs. May she rest in peace.
