Of all the people that have been in my life, Nancy was at the top since we first met in Chicago and continued on a parallel course in Cleveland. Nancy was a beautiful person in all the best ways and an even more wonderful friend and confidant. I will miss our conversations and the impish giggles Nancy would use to punctuate her point. How she loved you and how very protective and proud she was of the woman, mother and professional you had become. You and your family were the subject of so many, many happy times she shared with me when we spoke, I know what it means to lose a loved one, and my heart aches for you and your children. What a gift it was to know someone like Nancy and have her my my life. There are so many stores in my memories of Nancy because we endured much together. Michael, Laura and David also extend their heartfelt sympathy. She was a part of their life and well in her own right and because of how important she was to me. Nancy was so very special during my last pregnancy. How we both hoped I would have a girl - and what joy when Cara was born on August 8th. What a wonderful woman, wonderful mother and wonderful friend. Fondly, Joan
