Nancy H. Loper

Nancy H. Loper, 82, of Clearwater, Fla., passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019. She is predeceased by her loving husband N. Scott Loper. She is survived by son Craig Loper and grandson Jake of Prosper, Texas; daughter Jancy (Loper) Sweeney, son-in-law John Sweeney and grandchildren Amanda, Scott, John A. and Carlee of Nashua, N.H.; and sister Priscilla Minghella of Fort Meyers, FL. She received her Bachelor and Masters Degrees from the State University of New York. She worked for Northeast Airlines in reservations for 3 years after graduating from the Chamberlain School of Interior Design. She later worked several years as a librarian for the Plattsburgh and Beekmantown School Districts. She also served as School Library System Director for the State of NY. She enjoyed traveling and sewing.
