Nancy MCRAE

We weren't in the same circle of friends and only met Nancy briefly, but she was so friendly, warm and open, she was someone that I wanted to know better and I know that I've missed knowing a great soul. I'm so sorry for you loss.

I'll miss our chats, I'll miss her big laugh, I'll miss her tons, but I'll never forget her, Christina and Catherine, know that your mom was special.

I'll miss you terribly Nancy. You were a fiery bright light amongst a dull sky. God knows when it's time to bring one of his angels home and we have to not be selfish and accept that it was your time to go on. My deepest sympathies go out to your family, espcially Christine and Catherine.

It's never easy to say good-bye however I would like to think it's not a good-bye but a see you again sometime. Nancy started out to be a co-worker but very quickly became a friend. We had lots of laughs and talks and by doing so I knew what was important to her which was her family and her pride and joy, her daughters who she was so very proud of. She loved you both more than anything. I am a better person for knowing Nancy and will miss her tons. Her blunt honesty, her laughter and her strength will be somethings I will never forget and hold dear in my heart. I bid you a farewell my friend, rest in peace and until we meet again you will be forever in my heart. xo

To Nancy's daughters, I am so sorry for the loss of your mum, but remember, she will always be with you, in bigger ways! To the whole family, our deep felt condolences, the Hache family from Baie Comeau has but fond memories of Nancy.

I only knew Nancy for a year iwhen my dad's job transferred him and moved my family to Baie Comeau. That was in 1977. Nancy was my best friend that year and then we reconnected again a couple years ago thru FB. When she told me about her sickness and her girls.
