Nancy Lea Melton

I just heard about the passing of Nancy. I worked at Smith Elementary with her in the 90's, she was a hoot. She always had a smile that would brighten any room she entered. Our oldest son took swimming lessons from her, she was the best. Deepest sympathy to the family. I will cherish great memories of Nancy forever.

My sincere condolences to Nancy’s family. Our paths crossed when we were employed in Victoria ISD. She was a wonderful PE teacher who loved working with her eager students. She always had a smile for everyone she met. May Nancy rest in eternal peace. ❤

I met Nancy earlier this year while visiting Edna . She saw my boxer dogs in the truck with me at the Sonic. She just came right up, intoduced herself and we had a wonderful conversation. We exchanged phone numbers and texted each other a few times. We both had a deep love and appreciation for our boxer babies.
Nancy was a super friendly and kind woman. That's just the person she was- the world needs more like her. I always think of her when I think of my favorite little town called Edna.
