Father, I am reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul as I pray for Naomi today…”the time for my departure has come. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness which the Lord will award to me.” (2 Timothy 4:6) Throughout this journey she has clung to her faith and her faith has made her strong. She has endured suffering that we can only imagine and she has been sustained by Your grace. Bless her in her final hours with Your divine rest and peace. We pray that her family will feel Your tender arms about them, comforting and strengthening them in the days to come, in Jesus’ name, Amen.

The miles between us meant little, the closeness of our hearts has always been amazing. Each bend in road takes me back to a different happy memory we shared. From stealing you out of your crib, little one to your first date, you’r wedding to Allen, Bradley's birth and then little Ashley's.
Though it seemed I was always somewhere else in the world, I carried you with me. Even death won't change that. Many times I left you behind as i went to some corner of the globe to do something and you couldn't come with me but now you will lead and I will follow someday, but we will be together again even God won't keep me away. When I would leave. I would tell you not to worry about me I'm telling you it one more time, we will be alright besides I'm going to have a new guardian angel who knows me all too well and is on my side. I love you and miss you already!

I am so sorry for the Ash family who lost a Wife, Mother, Sister, and Friend. However, I am thankful that I met her, and that she was able to be a Blessing in my life, no matter big or small. I enjoyed working with "Fluffy," (the nickname I gave her) and she was nothing but nice to all that she came in contact with.
