My grandmother, Naomi "Omie" Ramsey truly defined the MEANING of strength, faith, hope and salvation. She was always there for everyone else and always put things in the right perspective - God, family, friends and then self -- God, please let me have the strength and faith that my grandmother had so that I can carry on her legacy. What a legacy she left behind! I love you Mom-maw Ramsey!
Love, Lisa Hafer Hite (grand-daughter)

I remember as a child going to Tennessee with David and Marty, and my parents Jack and Alma Lee to spend the weekend with Miss Omie. We had some wonderful times with Miss Omie, and our family will miss her. We are praying for you. Love you all. The Lee Family, and the Hobbs Family.

Gary,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of remembrance. Celebrate her life with the wonderful memories you surely have with this great lady. Always remember she is only a prayer away, as well as a quick thought of a wonderful memory to bring her back into your life, until the time comes that we can all be together again.

I did not have the privelege of knowing Ms. Ramsey, but I work with her grandson Gary. If the old adage of the "apple does not fall far from the tree" applies - then she must have been a terrific lady. Please accept this brief note as an expression of my sympathies for the Ramsey family, along with my hope that they will find a way to celebrate her life as they go through the grieving process.

I did not know Ms Ramsey however, i do know her beautiful daughter Rosetta. I know that we are examples of our mothers and fathers. For that reason I know she was a beautiful person. My heart goes out to this family.
"Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain thee". psalm 55:22. Cast your sorrows upon him, he will lead you through. " For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life". John 3:16. I believe that your Mother lives again in the very presence of God himself.

I will never forget all the afternoons and evenings spent playing with my twin brother Randy on her front porch as we grew up. Many cherished memories I have of both Aunt Omie and Uncle Roland and the love they shared.
