Though it has been a few years, I still look back with fondness on the memories I had with Nathan in college. Though they are now tinged in sadness by this loss, they are ones I hold dear.
It's been too long old friend.... you aren't forgotten and you were always loved. Miss you more and more every day

I unfortunately didn't get to know Nathan too well, but he was always kind and helpful to me and he had the most beautiful speeches in the whole class. You could tell he was both brilliant and kind hearted with great love for his family whom he frequently complimented in his speeches. He will be deeply missed.

We knew NathanNathan and his family when he was just a baby at Ft. Leonardwood, MO. So saddened but so thankful that he touched so many and his life was full of goodness.

I'm sorry Nattie, I'm so sorry that I didn't answer your messages faster, I'm sorry I didn't bug you more, I'm sorry I didn't offer you paper in class sooner, we adopted you into our group/family at Rockhurst and now you will always be in our heart. Although soft spoken, you were the funniest, smartest, well-spoken person I know and I am going to miss friendship Friday's with you.

We weren't the closest of people, but you were always a chill dude and I always enjoyed being around you. R.I.P. man. You won't be forgotten.

I am profoundly sad to hear of Nathan's passing. His presence was a wonderful addition to our Engineering Physics Lab class at Rockhurst. As his instructor, I found Nathan to be a soft spoken and consciences student who was obviously very intelligent. His fellow classmates and I will miss him. My heart goes out to Nathan's family and friends in this difficult time. May God grant us his grace and ease our pain by helping us remember the light Nathan brought to our lives.
