Nathan O'BRIEN Obituary
Rod and Jennifer O'Brien, the loving parents of our little superhero Nathan Kenneth O'Brien, privately celebrated Nathan's life on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Westside Kings Church, 3939 - 69 Street SW, Calgary, AB. During Nathan's bright life, his special gift was loving his brothers Luke and Maximus every day. Nathan with his grandparents, Kathy and Alvin Liknes entered Heaven to the open arms of Jesus and the love of the Lord. He is welcomed into Heaven by his grandpa Kenneth O'Brien, great- grandma Koreen and grandma Lisa. Nathan shined brightest when playing with his brothers and his friends. He enthusiastically enjoyed playing hockey, soccer, and skiing with his family as he did dressing up in his superhero costumes. Nathan will be loved and missed every day by his family and friends. In the future, the family will have a dedicated memorial location for Nathan at Eden Brook Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be forwarded to the family by visiting www.edenbrookcemetery.ca. Dearest Rod and Jennifer,
Every day, I grieve and cry with you for the indescribably tragic loss of your beautiful Nathan. I hope that you will smile and share stories about him with his brothers every day, and keep his bright light shining! I also hope that you find some comfort in knowing that you gave him such a happy life, he was blessed to have such a loving family. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of little Nathan OBrien who captured the hearts the world over with his infectious smile and curly blonde hair. He will always be remembered as a super hero by the love of everyone who knew him personally. I am a mother and grandmother. The heartache and loss is not one I can begin to comprehend.
