Suzanne, Marisa, Erica,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I remember Nate as a remarkably open and generous person.
I will never forget that your family helped me with my first semester of college. It was the first time someone had helped me to go toward something that really mattered to me.
You are such a wonderful family. I love you and my thoughts are with you.

Hey Nate..My friend, my mentor..Do you have any idea what you've accomplished?..Sure you've been a friend, a father, a husband and an all around good guy but there are the thousands you've taught to influence hundreds of thousands..Gentle power..Nate, you've lived a life of love, honor, service, dignity, loyalty, compassion and steadfast committment..And I'm just one of the thousands you set on a path from group therapy with the two-way mirror and the hours of supervision with Hugh Davis in the J Hillis Miller cafeteria..to your volunteer work with APA a couple of years ago which started a whole sequence in my life letting me help even thousands more..I was privileged to have known you Nate, and you will be painfully missed..

Dear Suzanne and Family,
Please accept my condolences, I know that it is always hard to find the right words, and trying to say what I feel in English for such a dear loss is not going well.
My family is praying for you and your family to give you the strength and courage to gone on and we will remember you in our thoughts and prayer.
Love, Susanne

Aloha - Nate was a wonderful person. A true visionary (even if he could not tell when his gas tank was on empty) who has made such a difference in the lives of so many, not to mention all of professional psychology. I will never forget our "chats" about the future of psychology and America's healthcare system. Always so far ahead of his time, he (and Suzanne) are the inspiration for the future. Mahalo, Pat
