Ned Copenhaver Obituary
On September 9, 2008, of Beechview, formerly of Moon Twp. Survived by parents, James & Marianne Copenhaver of Moon Twp., brother & sister-in-law Capt. Neil J. & Jocelyn Copenhaver of Lompoc, CA, nephew, Jeron Schmidt of Lompoc, CA, paternal grandmother Carmella & her husband Stanley Kocay of Sewickley. Preceeding him in death were his grandfather Phillip L. Copenhaver, maternal grandparents Fred & Irene Stein, and beloved great aunt Helen "Babbie" Herdt. Friends will be received on Friday from 2-8pm in the JOHN SYKA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge. Service will be held on Saturday at 11am in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations to be made to Humane Society, P.O. Box 63, Monaca, PA 15061, or Christ Hope Ecumenical Catholic Church, 1301 Davis Ave., Pgh., PA 15212.
