My prayers are with the family and friends of Nehemiah "Neo" Tooks. I met him by way of the Juvenile Court. He had tremendous potential and a great sense of humor. May Almighty God give strength to his loved ones at this time of loss. He is gone but not forgotten...may he rest in peace.
