From Gustin House in Saskatoon, where Neil had studied music intensely for several years under Lyell Gustin, we send deepest sympathy to Francoise and to all the family. Neil’s brilliant gifts made a great and lasting impact on the Gustin Piano Studios and indeed on Saskatoon; though his studies took place in the 1930s, he continued to be held in highest regard by Dr. Gustin and the hundreds of Gustin students over the decades. We are saddened at Neil’s passing, even as we were grateful for his interest in the recent restoration of Gustin House and were so privileged to have had him as our Honorary President since 2007.

Dear Francoise,Tara,Tony and Peter
It is with wonderful memories of my youth that I write, although from a distance, to wish you all my condolences and thoughts at this difficult time. Can anyone forget that smile those sudden words "let's go for an icecream".Please accept that my spirit is with you all and I do wish that I could be with you.
With love and wonderful memories Love Bobby
