Neil was a good and dear friend. He was kind and generous of his time, and he loved God. I lived around the corner, and his family was like a second family to me. I will miss him very much.

Neil was part of our family. We spent many years of events together. We have had a lot of personal laughs. Our last quality time spent with him was when he was on the mend with a broken hip. We played scrabble where he was very determined to win by placing the letter Z. He also taught us life long lessons and specific details on how to give birth to a baby girl or boy. God Bless! Don,Kim Whisman and children.

I have great memories of Neil growing up in the his neighbor. He was more than a neighbor, he helped shape my early life. He and Loretta have been wonderful friends to my parents. It is amazing they both still live on the same street. My prayers are with you in your loss.
