So sorry to hear of your loss. As a kid, I always remember Neal as a "gentle giant." Normally quiet, but always pleasant when he spoke with you, and with that great smile (just like the one in his RCPD picture posted!). Your family is in our prayers.

To Marlene, Stephen, and all the family, Neil was a great Friend and Buddy for over sixty years. You all are in our thoughts and prayers.
