Nelson M. "Mike" DAVIDSON Jr.

How sad to hear of his passing. I was a client of his last year. He helped my sister and I with our parents will. It was a very stressful time for us, but he was very kind and reassuring in our meetings. He was such a great a blessing in our time of crisis. Even in his professional life you could tell how much love he had for his family. It was an honor to have met him.

I knew Mike as a classmate at Baylor and choirmate of both Mike and Barbara in the Baylor Chamber Singers. He was a delightful friend, remarkably witty, and loyal to his friends. He also made a Thanksgiving trip with me to my home in Columbus one of those school years and completely charmed my mother with his personality. I'm sorry to hear of his passing and to have learned of it so belatedly. My prayers are with Barbara and their family.

My thoughts and prayers are with Mike's family at this sad time. Mike appeared before me many times over the years on probate cases. It was always good to see him. He was a great lawyer on cases large and small. I counted him as a friend and am honored to have known him.

I knew Mike at the Clark Thomas law firm in the 1980s and thought he was one of the finest men I ever knew. The world is a poorer place without him.

Dear Barbara and Family: A lifetime filled with blessings, lived with such a giving spirit. I join the Dripping Springs Community in remembering Mike and wishing you comfort now. Peace be with you all!

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. When I think of Mike, I think of the time I went with him and Andrew out to Pedernales Falls SP, birding, and the time we shared at Rockport Birding Festival. He was a very special person and will be missed!

Having known him since our college days at Baylor and following his many contributions to the Central Texas community, especially Dripping Springs, I join in grieving the loss of one of the finest individuals ever to grace this planet.

My heart hurts for all of you. He will be missed by you and the community. I feel so blessed to have so many memories of all of you from way back. He was a "rascal" but there was no doubt of his love for the LORD and his family. I wish I had the words to remove the loss you are experiencing but we know your faith will get you through this. I only briefly met Mike Davidson, but his influence will be felt for many years to come through our friends, the Henlines, and truly through all those he touched. A life very well lived. May his family feel all the love of those he touched as they remember his life in this world.

I was so saddened to hear of Mike's passing. I had just spoken to him last week and he was as upbeat and happy as ever. Mike was one of the first colleagues I met when I first came to Dripping Springs to practice law. He was not only welcoming, but served as a mentor to help me get my practice started. He was always so kind and generous with his time, and we had many discussions about his trust in God and his love for his family. I cannot even imagine the Dripping Springs community without him, so I can only imagine the loss his family is experiencing. You all are in my thoughts and prayers. Mike was a great man, and he leaves a legacy for all of us. He will be truly missed.
