My deepest condolences to the Dean family. Nelson was more then just a coworker, he was a brother to me. He was such a great human being and family man. I learned a lot about being a father from him. He was 1 of the first people I met when I started working at EFM and from that time on, our friendship and bond was solid. We bonded over soul music, sports, our love for shoes, especially our Jordan collection. We always talked about our kids accomplishments and he was so proud of his son and daughter. He pushed me and guided me to be the best at work. I'm in my current role because of him. He pushed me to pursue it and was happy for me when I got that position. He will be missed greatly. From myself and the rest of the EFM family, rest easy brother.

My condolences to the Dean family. I worked with Nelson for only a couple of months during my internship at EFM, but he has left a lifelong impression on me. From Day 1 he showed me the ropes and took me under his wing, and I will be forever grateful that our paths crossed. His laughter was always contagious, and I looked forward to the days we worked together. He's a great man, a great father and even better person. I'll never forget his kindness, his jokes and his impact that he left on me and others around him. May you Rest in Power Nelson Dean.
