Berk and I worked together for seven years, running the Christ Ascension food pantry at the corner of Laburnum and Hermitage. He was absolutely wonderful with our clients, and I greatly enjoyed working with him. We remained friends and in contact, even after I moved to Florida. I certainly will miss seeing him when I make my annual trip to Richmond! Liz Deane
