Nelva Fitzgerald Obituary
Mrs. Fitzgerald was born September 25, 1932, in Upshur County, to James Clarence Langford and Winnie Mae Lantrip Langford. She was a teacher for 18 years at Gilmer ISD and a member of First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Fitzgerald is survived by her daughters, Barbara Gullett and husband, Ron, of Gladewater, and Ginger Green of Gilmer; and grandchildren John Fitzgerald Green and wife, Melissa, Holly Gayle Green and Whitney Gullett.
Pallbearers will be Michael Harris, Reginald Harris, Jimmy Harris, Doug Dudley and Freddie Fitzgerald.

Miss Fitzgerald was my favorite teacher. She made it interesting, I didn't know where she's been till now just now found out my favorite teacher from my childhood is gone and has been for a lil bit. RIP miss Fitzgerald.

An unusual addition for sure, but my name is also Nelva (Sue) Fitzgerald and I live in Lexington, Ky. Age 62.. I am a retired first grade teacher and would have loved to have had the pleasure of meeting your Nelva. Such a coincidence that I just had to send my encouragement and condolences. Nelva S.
