I remember when I met Amelia for the short period of time she lived in Portland. We worked together and would occasionally hang out. We even went to the Renaissance festival together. She spoke of dreams she had and hope for the future. when she moved I missed her. I hope she can rest easy.

I remember how my friend Jerry Lang's face would light up when speaking about his daughter Nevaeh. She had that special place in his heart. I was so shocked and sad to hear that Nevaeh had passed and pray for those remaining.

I loved Nevaeh's creativity and boldness. I was so grateful for her openness and acceptance of others. Her friendship with Nico made a difference for him.

I still remember little Nehaeh dressed like a tiny fairy with wings when all of us went trick or treeting, gleefully escaping her little play area at the factory when we were working with essential oils, and playing Play doh with my boys in my kitchen. Whenever i think back to those times, it always makes me smile.

I remember coming to meet her after you first had her. It was so special and it was such an honor to be included. I remember you looking at her and the love you had for her was radiating off you, lighting up the room. It was beautiful.

I remember her coming to Unity in the Heart of Austin with mom Val. She was just a kid then. Enjoyed having her attend our service and knowing her for a short time. She had a beautiful smile, with or without braces!

Val,
She reminds me of you when we were young kids. She had that same energetic beautiful soul as you. Her beauty and her talent will live on as she was loved and cherished by many.
You will always be my Midway Park BFF.

I had the privilege of being present and assisting at Nevaeh's birth! She was adorable - sleepy and rosy cheeked. We grew close through her Indiana visits. She was so easy to just hang out with: draw, skateboard, make cookies, sew, watch a goofy movie - and talk! I have many memories but a favorite one is of us wading in Lake Michigan and gathering shells at Weco Beach while waiting for sunset. She was a child of nature.

I first saw Nevaeh when she ran out of Star Garden with my daughter Grace to exclaim, "We´re best friends!!!". I was amazed and enchanted by this little pixie. She was tiny but full of energy, light and confidence. She was a force of nature. Even as a young child Nevaeh knew what she valued - animals, nature and doing her best. She could work as hard as she could play; and she took her imagination and creativity seriously. I loved that about her.
When she was little, she said she liked when I called her "Angel". It meant something to her. I never knew she would be our Angel. I love you dear Nevaeh. You will always live in our hearts.

I met Met Nevaeh when she was just a little girl, we spent Saturdays together at a local farmers market where her mom was a vendor . We spent a lot of time hugging trees and just exploring our surroundings. At an early age I remember she was so loving , kind, curious, so intelligent, very insightful and pure joy . Always enjoyed our Saturdays together and I am and will always be so grateful that we met , along with her awesome parents.

Nevaeh was a talented athlete. She would always ask me for advice regarding sports, and athletic training. I would bring her to work with me as a junior coach, and she was amazing and patient in helping coach up our younger athletes. She would eventually grow to love tennis, and really excelled in the sport through High School.
