What a journey...you gave it your all and fought til the end. You will continue to inspire me to not give up & to enjoy every minute of every day. Thank you for many great memories, your great sense of humor and for passing along some of your recipes to Mick and Doug! You will be forever loved and live on in each of us who were blessed enough to know you. Rest in peace now Uncle, I love you.

You will be missed Uncle Nick....The thing I remember most about my uncle is what a great cook he was. He would do the cooking and Auntie Faye would clean the dishes. Love and miss you all..
