BATES, Nicole Lynn (n? Bruno) 1986-2019. It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow we announce the tragic passing of Nicole Lynn Bates, 33 of Port Colborne, Ontario on Saturday, December 14, 2019. Nicole was the loving wife and best friend of Jordan Bates, devoted and cherished mother of Aedan and Dylan. Beloved daughter of Gary and Darcy Bruno and daughter-in-law of Peter Bates (Diane) and Marianne Garvey (John) and daughters Katie and Mary. Adored sister of Chris Bruno (Kristie) and granddaughter of the late Herb and Marjory Hambleton and the late Charles and Mary Bruno. Nicole is survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Nicole was very caring, loving and compassionate and leaves behind so many friends with an empty heart. She adored her family which was the pride and joy of her life. Nicole has touched the lives of so many and leaves behind wonderful memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. Cremation has taken place. Nicole's family will receive visitors at the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME, 135 Clarence Street, Port Colborne on Thursday, December 19, 2019 from 2 - 4 and 5 - 8 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 8:00 p.m. in the Davidson Chapel with Father Peter Walton officiating.
