Nicole M. Lynardakis

Neptune - Nicole M. Lynardakis, 45, of Neptune, New Jersey, passed away on March 2, 2026, at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York City after a courageous battle with cancer. Her passing leaves deep sorrow in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Nicole was born in Long Branch, New Jersey, and spent many of her early years in Tupper Lake, New York, where she cherished the beauty of falling snow and the peaceful charm of the Adirondacks. After returning to the Garden State, she spent her young adult years in Long Branch before eventually settling in Neptune. Nicole took great pride in her Greek and Italian heritage, which was reflected in her love of cooking and bringing people together. She was known for her warm hospitality and entrepreneurial spirit, exploring various business ventures over the years, from preparing home cooked meals and pies to running a food truck. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her welcoming nature, and the joy she brought to those around her. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Eyeyanna Collins; her partner, Keith Thornton; her father, Anthony Lynardakis (Anne); her mother, Cindy Hassfeld (Jim); her sister, Danielle Lynardakis; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members who will cherish her memory. A Funeral Mass will be held on March 25 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church in West End, New Jersey. Interment will be private.
