Loving grandson of Kathleen and Ted Halloran and the late Jerry and the late Carol Katz, and Great grandson of Jane Stevens. Dear nephew of Jennifer and Michael Halloran, Steve and Susan Katz, Mike and Lisa Katz and Randi Katz. Cherished cousin of Abigail, Camden, Jack, Madison, Savannah, Ashley, Meagan and Jamie. Dear Mr. and Mrs. Katz,
I was there when this horrible tragedy occurred. I prayed and cried right next to your sweet child, held Mrs. Katz, and tried to speak with Mr. Katz when he arrived. I want to say I am so, so sorry for your loss. My church has said a mass for Noah and your family. I still see little Noah's face each day and I still cry, and I don't think I will ever forget your little boy for the rest of my life. I will continue to pray for you.
