Norbert Babineaux Obituary
Jimmy was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He was a strong and independent man. Jimmy loved and cherished his family and grandchildren.
Jimmy is survived by his wife of 38 years, Vicki Vaughn Babineaux; daughter, Heather Babineaux Guillory; grandchildren, Koen and Karley Guillory; sister, Brenda Broussard and husband Gil of Sunset; brothers, Charles Babineaux and wife Patsy of Carenco and Patrick Cormier and wife Adeline of Lafayette.
He was preceded in death by his son, Ronnie Babineaux; parents, Louis Babineaux and Delia Moss Grossie.
Pallbearers will be Doug Broussard, Clint Broussard, Chris Babineaux, Nick Vaughn, Mark Vaughn and Dwayne Duke, Jr. Honorary pallbearer will be Koen Guillory.
Visitation will be on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Hargrave Funeral Home from 6pm - 9pm and Monday, February 20, 2017 at Holy Cross Catholic Church 9am - 11am. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11am on Monday, February 20, 2017 at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Graveside services will be in the Morgan City Cemetery.
Arrangements under the direction of Hargrave Funeral Home, Morgan City, LA.
